Votiva is a non-invasive treatment that uses two complimentary radio frequency technologies to positively impact a women’s feminine health and quality of life.
The FormaV wand is designed to treat the vaginal canal as well as the labia minora, clitoris, and urethral opening using heat to comfortably stimulate collagen and elastin and tighten tissues. Increased vascularity in the walls of the vaginal canal results in less dryness and a tightening of lax tissues. It will also relieve some of the urinary urgency symptoms or stress incontinence associated with normal activity such as laughing or exercising.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
During a consultation, we will address your concerns, symptoms, medical history, and expectations in order to ensure that Votiva would be helpful and to develop a tailored treatment plan that can include either one, or both devices.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
The vagina and external areas are each treated for 10 minutes, so it is a very brief, comfortable experience.
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE REQUIRED?
In order to achieve optimal results, we recommend a series of 3 treatments. After the initial treatment, patients typically experience an improvement, but more substantial relief of symptoms occur after the second treatment which occurs two weeks later. The final treatment is 6 weeks after the first in order to take advantage of the collagen and elastin formation.
WHAT IS THE DOWNTIME?
There is no downtime or restrictions in terms of day to day activities with Forma V. Fractora V fractional resurfacing (external therapy only) requires applying an antibiotic ointment and keeping the treated area clean and dry for 48 hours.
IS IT PAINFUL?
No. Both procedures are comfortable.
