Lumecca utilizes a broad band of light to noninvasively reverse the signs of aging and sun damage, and stimulate new collagen production. It reduces fine lines, wrinkles, and skin laxity, tightens pores, and improves skin texture. Uneven skin tones, abnormal pigmentation, redness, rosacea, acne, and small blood vessels are reduced. May be used effectively on the face, neck, chest, arms, hands, and any area with photo-damage.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
In just 1-3 sessions Lumecca improves the appearance of:
- Age spots (red/brown pigmentations)
- Sun damage
- Vascular lesions (spider veins, port wine stains, leg telangiectasias)
- Rosacea (redness)
WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED?
Lumecca can be used on all areas of the body. The most common treatment areas are those that are regularly exposed to the sun. This often includes the face, neck, décolletage, legs, hands and arms.
WHAT STEPS MUST BE TAKEN BEFORE THE PROCEDURE?
Avoid direct, excessive sun exposure or tanning one month prior to treatment.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING AND AFTER LUMECCA?
During treatment there will be a bright flash of light from the Lumecca that feels
like a light elastic sensation. Redness and a slight warming of the skin are normal after treatment and usually subside within an hour. Over the next 24-48 hours you may see a darkening of pigmented spots. Over the next several days, the pigmented lesions flake off, revealing a more even skin tone. After treating vascular lesions you may see the vein blanch and disappear or a darkening of the vessel which dissipates after a few days.
PDT is an FDA approved procedure using aminolevulinic acid HCl and specific light wavelengths to target resistant acne, significant sun damage, pre-cancerous lesions, abnormal pigmentation, rosacea, and enlarged or overactive oil glands.
The skin is carefully cleansed and exfoliated then aminolevulinic acid is applied and allowed to absorb for 60 minutes. This is a painless and relaxing process. A Lumecca treatment is then performed targeting not only pigmented and vascular lesions, but any abnormal or precancerous cells. The skin becomes pink and sloughs off over the next 5-7 days revealing beautiful, fresh skin underneath.
Highly recommended for those with significant sun damage or exposure, acne, and rosacea.
More than one treatment may be needed depending on amount of sun damage or actinic keratosis. Usually done in the evening as it is important to be out of direct sunlight for 24-36 hours after therapy

WHAT IS DIOLAZE XL?
Diolaze XL is an advanced laser hair removal procedure that safely and gently eliminates unwanted hair. Diolaze has one of the largest treatment spot sizes, making treatments convenient and fast. The combination of efficacy, patient comfort and speed makes Diolaze XL the new gold standard in laser hair removal.
HOW DOES Hair removal WORK?
During laser treatment, a diode laser beam passes through the skin towards hair follicles. The penetrating energy then heats up the root of the hair, which in turn prevents future hair growth.
DOES IT HURT?
Diolaze XL has a built in skin cooling surface which is one of the largest for all hair removal devices. This makes treatment more comfortable than other devices, with most patients noting that Diolaze XL is virtually painless.
WHY DO I NEED MULTIPLE TREATMENTS TO ACHIEVE HAIR REMOVAL?
As with all laser hair removal methods, Diolaze XL requires a series of around 4-6 treatments. Laser hair removal works best when hair follicles are in their mature stage, however, at any given time, your hair is in various stages of growth.21
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE REQUIRED?
With each treatment, hair is reduced and best results are observed after four to six sessions. The number of sessions will differ depending on your hair color, hair type, body area, and skin tone.
WHICH AREAS OF THE BODY CAN BE TREATED?
Diolaze XL can be safely used on most areas of the body that have unwanted hair. Most commonly treated areas include: bikini, legs, arms, chest, back, shoulders, stomach, neck, chin and sideburns.
